The game is incredibly buggy, whenever I opened the regular load menu the game froze, but I could get around that by using the "L" button to open the loading window for some reason, however, now I have the separate issue that whenever I use a sword technique it opens a window asking me whether I want to skip the movie, which triggers the same freeze, not even allowing me to answer.

Is there any workaround?

I tried Locale Emulation and compatibility mode for XP already.
