25F with minor scoliosis here. I suddenly got a lower back pain while sitting down a few days ago, and a few hours later I realised my spine was shifted (lateral shift). It was very scary and sudden, I’ve never experienced this before. I went to the GP/physiotherapist however they just told me it’s normal to have flare ups like this every now and then???? I’m in a lot of pain and can barely walk but I still keep trying to do back exercises/stretching without forcing it. Has anyone experienced something like this before? If so, how did you fix it and how long did it take for it to go back to normal?
