Hi everyone! I am experiencing problems with video playback in Vivaldi browser and in the Vesktop Discord client. Video playback is stuttering, noticeable as a lag every few seconds.

MPV or Firefox work no problem.

Vivaldi shows VaapiVideoDecoder being used to decode the video stream.

Kwin debug shows both vesktop and vivaldi are running under wayland.

What steps should I take next to debug and/or fix this issue? thanks!
