My boyfriend 25(m) would rather work on his business than see me this weekend
My boyfriend and I live together but have been apart this week and are going to be apart next week due to him traveling. He is a very ambitious person and when he gets passionate on a project he buries himself in it. I mentioned coming to see him where he’s watching his moms apt and his brother will be there this weekend but he said he has a lot of momentum in work right now and he wants to do that and to not plan on it and he will see me Sunday. I feel a little hurt because leaves us 1 day to see each other when he will be leaving Monday for another 8 days. Am I wrong for feeling this way? Is it weird that he would rather focus on working than us? He said I should compromise and he’s coming back to our place Sunday.
TL; DR basically my bf would rather work this week and Saturday then wanting to spend time together even though I mentioned it and compromised by saying Sunday we can see each other. He will be gone this week and the following week.
