I’ve always wanted to try working in a bakery, but have no experience currently. I’ve reached out to a few so far (both in person and through website/email) and have had no luck. I’d love to jump right in, but I’m definitely willing to start washing dishes or whatever they need.

Anyone know of any bakeries looking for help or that might be open to taking someone on who’s just looking to learn?

I’m hoping to do a couple nights of backpacking in the Black Hills over Labor Day weekend. I’m looking at some trails near Grizzly Creek and Iron Creek, but am having a tough time finding out if those will be reliable water sources at that time. I check the water spreadsheets online frequently, but those sources haven’t been updated in a month+ and I’m not sure if they will be before I leave. Does anyone have advice on whether or not to count on water or what backup trails/plans to have?
