Howdy ya'll,
I've been through a hellish 6 months of severe TOS symptoms and am finally seeing some vascular surgeons next week to determine next steps. (Praise Odin).
I'm fairly positive I have nTOS, and (surprise) am nervous about getting my rib taken out. I've been researching the RSS approach (rib-sparing surgery), where the focus is much more on scalene removal, pec-minor release and scar-tissue.
Obviously it's a much better recovery, but I'm totally stumped as to which approach (FRR or RSS) would be more effective. The results for RSS seem promising and perhaps even more effective for nTOS according to some recent studies:

Any thoughts? Experiences? Would love to hear any and all. Thanks!
