My friends are backpacking and hiking all over the park and have permits for Half Dome on June 7. I've been invited to join but due to work obligations I'd have to leave the North Bay around 1pm on Saturday. I'd realistically make it down in 4-5 hours (I think) hopefully arriving no later than 6pm. My friends proposed I make my way to Happy Isles trailhead and meet them in Little Yosemite Valley.

This part seems very doable, but I am not sure how to handle the the parking situation. Especially considering how busy things have been, I am concerned that I will drive down and have nowhere to park/leave my car. Any suggestions?
