I joined my 40 year old family buisness of repair and maintance of a particular industrial plastic items after i completed my under grad. I was the only guy in family to complete college, both my elder brother joined right after 12th. I joined around 2014, and the turnover of our buisness was around 1.5 CR. I took too much intrest in the buisness and wanted to expand as much as possible, by the end of finacial year 2016-17, i increased the turnover to 3 CR, 100% growth so i told my father to buy the machinary to make the plastic products which will furthur help expanding the buisness, since i had no power to make decision of buying a new machine and my father was very afraid of taking risk of capital investment, i had to convince him for over a year and finally in june of 2018, we bought the machine.
Its been around 8 year and now our annual turnover is 28 CR and it looks like it cant go above that and i lost the spark to expand it. Im just 31 and I have a long life ahead and everyone is forcing me to take more intrest in buisness but im just not able to.
Please suggest what to do.
