I received an email this morning from my university stating that my university email account will be deactivated on 30 June because I graduated last year. This email is my primary Outlier email, but the support bot says that nothing can be done and that the issue can't be escalated.

The Profile Management FAQ also states that only .edu domain emails can be updated, but since I’m not from the U.S., my university doesn’t use that domain.

Outlier has been a good source of income for me, and it would be very unfortunate for it to end this way, so help from an actual human would be greatly appreciated
