I recently applied for an NBI Clearance for the first time, and when I went to the payment tab for application, it only let me choose the branch, there was no option for picking a date (i tried for all branches and ganun talaga siya, no date). So when I paid, I received a transaction receipt that had a ref number only, but it set my appointment date automatically. I picked a branch near my province and was planning to go to it next week, but my appointment date was set in an hour and a half. Wala akong makitang option on how to resched and all their help desk numbers are not working.
