Little milestones that keep me going
Hello, I just went up from 5 mg to 7.5 mg. I was starting to have food noise and not so much discipline and was feeling down on myself. I've lost about 10lbs since starting. There's a pair of pants I didn't fit into in December. I tried them on for the hell of it and they fit!! This made me feel so good. Because I don't feel like I look any better and I don't feel like I'm even close to what I want to be at. But this small victory made me re-energized and re focus on my journey and get back to it.
I'm currently doing a protein shake instead of breakfast, cut most carbs and sugar (sometimes I cheat but it's so much less than I was consuming before the shots), doing morning Tai chi movements, 20 minute dumbbell workouts and occasional walks.
It's been a weird adjustment but I'm finally settling in and building healthy habits and it is so exciting.
