So I planned on doing some acid and hang with a friend today and I took my blotters out of my freezer to cut of 2 50ug hits since it has been a long time and I wanted to just take a light dose at first to get back into acid now that my life has calmed down. After doing the cutting I put everything back and licked my fingertips just out of habit as I always do after handling drugs in party settings. Now about 45min later I feel a little trippy. Like the comeup but even less. I'm pretty sure that it is just placebo but still wanted to ask your opinions.

For reference I handled 3 200ug tabs (strength is confirmed) and they have been tightly sealed in my freezer for a few months now.

Kinda the title. Why does your heart get stronger when you regularly run for a few hours but gets damaged by increasing your heart rate artificially?
