Still haven’t received my package since ups left it at an apartment complex 5 miles from my house. UPS delivery center for my area will no longer answer my calls, and customer service for them is beyond useless and incompetent.

Steam support on the other hand has still not responded to my last plea for help on that ticket. Pretty sure I’m just sol.

Bad part is I can’t even get on the list to order another one since I purchased the lost one.

If anyone has any advice for where I should go from here I’d appreciate it.

Been looking forward to trying it out this evening after work. After 3 long phone calls with ups support they finally told me the delivered it to the complete wrong address…

Said the driver would stop in the morning and ask the lady to give it back to him so he can take it to my apartment. Which seems unlikely
