Update to UPS delivering my steam controller to the wrong address
Still haven’t received my package since ups left it at an apartment complex 5 miles from my house. UPS delivery center for my area will no longer answer my calls, and customer service for them is beyond useless and incompetent.
Steam support on the other hand has still not responded to my last plea for help on that ticket. Pretty sure I’m just sol.
Bad part is I can’t even get on the list to order another one since I purchased the lost one.
If anyone has any advice for where I should go from here I’d appreciate it.
