Is there anyone in this timeline, please reply, it has been more than two months, I am waiting for joining,does tcs put on hold someone's file because I can see on whatsapp group the candidate who got recently offer letter like on March April they are also getting joining letter even in good amount do i need to worry about it

I recently received an offer from TCS and I'm currently waiting for the joining process to start. I have a concern regarding the Background Check (BGC).

I have prior experience near 1 year at a small startup. They provided me with a Relieving Letter and Salary Slips, but because it was a small team, they didn't have EPF/Provident Fund benefits. This means I don't have a UAN or any PF history.

I’ve heard that TCS BGC is very strict about verifying previous employment through the EPFO portal.

Has anyone joined TCS from a startup without a PF history?

Will my bank statements and relieving letter be enough for the BGC?

Should I proactively tell HR, or should I just mark "No UAN" on the iBegin/NextStep portal?

I’m even okay with joining as a fresher if the experience verification is going to be a headache. Is it possible to switch to a fresher profile at this stage?

Would appreciate any advice from people who have been in a similar situation or work in TCS. Thanks!
