Flow 2 - Multiple errors on first use :(
Hi, only received the Flow 2 the other day and today is the first time we've used it, but have had multiple errors when vacuuming our bedroom carpet. Carried out the initial house mapping and then ran first vacuum of our house, but when it went into the first bedroom it kept stopping with multiple errors after 30 seconds of restarting and was just sitting in the middle of the carpet with nothing near it to have caused a blockage:
Error 3122
Error 1015 three times
Error 1182
Error 1181 three times
The above all happened within 5 minutes of cleaning the carpet in our bedroom. I’ve checked the wheels, roller brush, etc. and there’s nothing blocking or caught anywhere. Today is the first time we’ve used this brand new Flow 2 and multiples errors. It appears we've a defective unit.
Also checked we've the latest firmware version: 01.07.10.33
