First Time Builder Problems
Hi all,
Just built my first ever gaming tower over the weekend and have ran into an issue after completing the build. The PC booted fine and made its way straight into BIOS upon initial startup, however, the temperature of the CPU climbed rapidly all the way to 80 degree Celsius from just entering BIOS. I panicked and shut the PC down being scared of burning the Processor. I assume there is a problem with the AIO, however I am scared to run the PC that hot and burn anything while I troubleshoot in BIOS. The AIO looks to be completely running(fans spinning, RGB lighting working) but obviously not cooling well enough.
I’m still very new to PC building and am a little overwhelmed with this new problem, I looked online and it says to troubleshoot the AIO but that if the pump has power and fans are spinning that it might be a dead pump.
My two questions related to this are; is it safe to look in BIOS with CPU temps that hot? If the AIO is receiving power and fans spinning, RGB lights, etc, could the pump part still be broken?
Here is a PC Part picker list of my build.

I am so sorry if I am not asking the right questions or am missing something simple I just don’t even know where to start with problems like this.
