I like to ask if calling the customer hotline of paypal to report a fraud/scam directly would help? My account was used by scammers and they left my account bricked. So I now owe Paypal money. Any chance i could get this reversed or have paypal help me with this? Thank you
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Someone used my email and hacked into my account and used it for some sort of scheme where they use my paypal to receive goods and services and now they are filing claims. I tried to let some of them through because i didn't know how to respond to things I didn't really sell and all. And now I end up with a $4k negative balance in paypal.
Will calling paypal customer service directly do any good. Their chat isn't helping too much. I am from the philippines so I need advice because i saw you need to pay this within 120 days or else they go after you. Help!
