Hi, I’m a 6’23-year-old male who began taking tirzepatide on January 28, 2026. I started at 346 pounds and am now at 281. I haven’t experienced any side effects, aside from constipation, which has been a bit of a challenge—I haven’t been able to use the restroom regularly ! To help with this, I’ve been drinking a bottle of magnesium citrate every 15 days, and it’s been a real game-changer. Has anyone else run into this issue?
