I am trying to activate a eSIM for my new device but keeps telling me I need to contact customer service. I tried the chat a couple of times but no response. Idk what’s going on

Any news if that is going to happen?

I just switched but I have noticed that my battery is taking a bit hit. And places I would have good service, (when I was with US Mobile) Full bars and 5G+.
But now it’s really bad. Some places I have no service which I have before with us mobile.
What is going on?
I’m in the AT&T network.

Thinking on switching… watch support? How does this work? Similar to us mobile?
Same speed? Or better?
