The ever evolving weather station build.. LOL

Started with thinking of the WS90.. then read about the rain sensor, so thought a ws80 and wh40h. Was getting a monitor then realized would not use it so GW3010. But talking to wife and comprimises am thinking Just get a WN32 with rain shield, a WH40H, some soil sensors, and the GM3010. Than add a ws68 If i want wind speed, but I have 30 ft trees on 2 sides and a 1 story house on the third, so wind probably not accurate. Now Without the ws68 I dont get a uv or light sensor, do I need those? I assume I can feed them all through the GW3010 and to app or website?

What is wrong with this plan?

Bosch 800 Built in Oven, temperature swing to large

EDIT 2- Using a thermopor chef alarm with a Pro-Series® High Temp Air Probe With Grate Clip

EDIT -- We have had this oven for 7 yrs now. Worked fine before. Noticed we had an issue when the frozen tatter tots would not brown even after being in nearly twice as long as should be.

Had the issue, talked to a repair place, they thought it was motherboard, could not get out here for 10 days, so I did it myself a few weeks ago.

Original issue, it would preheat correctly, then fall way to low, say 400 deg would preheat to 430, then fall to 320ish, but then only warm up to say 380. If I changed set point (up 5 - 15 deg) it would continue to fall, till I moved setpoint high enough (about 20 - 30deg) to kick on preheat, then it would heat up.

So I replace motherboard, had a temp sensor, was going to replace from front, but wire seems to be solidly stuck could only get it about 2" out, and could see another wire going passed. But oven seem to work so did not replace -- Oven operation after new mother board ==>. set to 400 preheat to about 420, then down to 365 then up to 415 ish so cycle fine but avg temp about 10 deg low, so set temp adjustment at +10 to fix values but seem to work fine.

wife cooked a few times without monitoring, so we cooked tonight and I threw in temp probe. 425 preheat went to 453. then dropped... to 350. started heating back up but dinner was done and it was at 375 (why I told wife to turn off, i don't know) So maybe I should redo test. But 75 degrees below set temp seems way to low.

I ran a relay test and they all work.

I can pull oven all the way out, take back off to free wire, and replace temp sensor, if thats the next thing to do, any idea of what else it could be. getting frustrated.

Another newbie, with questions I could not find answers to, and a setup plan for comments

Have a garden, wife is weather obssessed. thought maybe I'll get a weather station. A bit of research seems the Wittboy checks the boxes.

Boxes -- App, (with history). Can add soil sensors (but at $30 a pop)

Concerns how accurate is rain gauge ? I think I want a display, seems like that makes the whole interface and adding things easier. (Im at the point in life easier for a few more dollars is worth it)
Thinking this https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-ECOWITT-Wittboy-Supports-WeatherCloud/dp/B0BM3BQ425
with some soil moisture sensors.

Is this setup from amazon, the best way to go? Can I get away without the display? Is there a better idea?

I like the concept of having it on WU (not sure why other than being part of the bigger picture of life)

I know there is a lot I don't know, and even more things I dont even know that I dont know.

Oh in Michigan, do I need to get the 12v kit for the heater? How does it handle snow? Any high tech add ons that somehow measure snow?

Location about 15-20' from house on top of a 10' 4x4 in garden that makes up a trellis for cucumbers and tamatoes. In shade sometime in full sun most of the afternoon till early evening. Have a creek with tall trees about 50' feet back so wind speed will be very local.

Data junky so thinking of logging it into cumulus (is this free?) is there a better way to store its history?

Will the app show the soil moisture sensors?

Thanks in advance.
