Why is this card in every Herald Rouge deck/guide, when most other decks have binned her after the nerf?

I binned her in Herald Rouge a few weeks ago and I can't say I miss her at all.

Does she have some "hidden synergy" that I just never utilized?

I know you only have to add 1 "bad" card to the basic deck fulfill her recruitment, but I just don't see what purpose she have in the deck at all.

Can someone enlighten me?
