Anyone has any idea of when will be the interview calls for PhD interviews for Psychology department this year?

Can anyone comment on DPEF at IIT KGP? What do you think about it in general, whether it is worth to do a PhD at IIT KGP for a stipend of 80-90K, like anything regarding this? And how do you compare it to PhD at IIMs?

I have recently given my written and interview at IIT Kharagpur VGSOM, can anyone tell me how long it usually takes to hear back from them about the result?
