Sunday ride to Puri and I've an advice for you !
I often feel incredibly fortunate to live right next to Puri. People from other states plan for weeks and months, yet they often struggle to make the trip happen due to their busy schedules. We are truly blessed. This past weekend went perfectly from a peaceful Jaga darshan and a late-night beach visit to sharing cooking stories at our Airbnb.
I saw a group of guys and girls drinking alcohol near the beach and throwing bottles here and there cause the cops came with siren sounds. The cops weren't focusing on that group rather they were busy taking pictures of the shops which were opened after 11:30. So they got away with it. Incase you guys are reading this, p**lease do not do that.
Although I am not posting a photo of the temple alongside these images but yeah, it feels like home. While riding back home it always leaves me feeling deeply grateful to live in Bhubaneswar. :)
Also don't visit for a week or two at least. The scorching heat and humidity is unbearable. I got sunburned.
