I am so frustrated. Our health insurance requires us to use Martin’s Point’s Mail Order pharmacy for any maintenance medication. 90 day supply (which is nice) but I can’t use my local CVS or Hannaford pharmacy without a copay. I follow all the instructions and order my meds 3 weeks before they are to run out (the soonest they allow the reorder) and AGAIN this time, they haven’t filled the prescription until I called them to ask why I haven’t received it yet.

This is the 4th time this has happened so I don’t think this is just a fluke. Their solution is for me to call my doctor and request a few days worth of meds to be sent to a local pharmacy and for me to pay for them. What the heck?

Anyone else having this same issue with this terrible pharmacy? I don’t know who to complain to except the customer service survey that I already filled out.
