Topps Defect Process Question
I’ve got a SGA Topps Sonic Boom that I pulled. I absolutely love the card. I was preparing to send it for grading when I noticed there was some fraying on the back of the card. It’s not super noticeable but now I can’t unsee. I submitted a defect with Topps and now I need to send it in but I’m starting to bug out in bit.
Anyone have experience with the process? How likely is it they send me a 1 for 1 replacement? Is there a chance they deny the claim, and in that case do they just send me my card back? My biggest concern is just losing out on the card with no sort of replacement or comp. Any advise or personal experiences would be much appreciated.
