What a disaster!
What a disaster!!! I’m posting under my wife’s Reddit account and my wife had a fairly smooth process getting Zepbound prescribed by Ro and covered (insurance)with prior authorization. Well, me on the other hand have been going around in circles due to the poor communication between Ro’s insurance verifier, medicalTeam, and everyone else in between that continue to submit insurance verification & prior authorizations to an old prescription insurance plan. Three people told me they would update my account with my current active prescription plan and I keep getting responses,Denials and all sorts of craziness but they’re continuing to submit to the inactive old prescription plan through an entirely different PBM. Why can’t one person take on responsibility and update my insurance info as I was promised in a timely manner instead of continuing to send me denials when I see they have submitted the prior authorization to my old insurance company and old plan of mine.!!! This can’t be the way a successful business and proper patient care is handled!
