Prince William will sell a fifth of duchy to build homes and help nature

This article is relevant to the sub., since housing shortage and affordability is turning out to be an existential crisis for the future of liberalism. Yet there seems to be a reluctance among our leaders both here among the Democrats and Labour in UK, to acknowledge this as an existential crisis and take action. Prince William is taking action. It might not be much but he seems to be doing something about it.
