I got this beauty today does she look okay. I did repot her a few times. I did not water because the rootball is completely saturated.

So the beauty you see in the picture is a black magic and my question is the tip or the leaf is emerging is white. It used to be a purple pink color. It changed after I upsize the pot because the roots were growing outside of it will it get its color back?
