Amylase levels

Around Christmas time (when my symptoms were a lot worse) I did a food intolerance test where I sent off some strands of hair. It came back showing I didn’t have the best levels of amylase and enterokinase. Now I don’t know how reliable these tests are, but I have read online and found that it CAN cause bloating and digestive issues.

I’ve been ignored and told it’s Ibs for about 8 months at this point and just wondering if anyone else has had other signs or similar stuff? I’m definitely going to mention this to the GP asap as no Ibs meds have helped
