Shareholders to vote June 26th, 2026 whether to redomicile to US
The board already approved to redomicile to the US and will have shareholders vote for the move. I feel confident that this is going to pass and will likely be big news when (if*) it happens. Also, I'm sure this something the large institutional investors have already thoroughly considered and given their position and the potential upside, I am leaning in the direction that the institution that bought $400 million worth of shares will vote Yes. Whats your thoughts on this news in about 6 weeks?
