i love jade so much, but i've been feeling a bit bummed about her lately. like, i'm thrilled she's having this huge solo moment, but it feels like work is always coming first these days.

it's just sad seeing her miss massive things for the girls—like missing perrie's wedding and leigh's twins' birthday just for some random festival gig. i get that the industry is super demanding, but these are her best friends of over a decade, and it's hard not to feel a bit let down seeing her not show up for them.

and tbh, looking at her recent breakup with jordan, the pieces kind of fit together. word going around is that they split because she just couldn't slow down or put the career on pause to actually settle down and build a family with him. if people are right about that, it feels like she kind of chose her ambition over making the relationship work, which is just super unfortunate.

she's incredible and i want her to win, but i really hope she doesn't end up isolating herself from the people who actually matter in the long run. like with the band's 15th anniversary coming up soon, i just hope she remembers where she came from.

Taking this with a grain of salt since it's The Sun, but it's sad honestly.

There have been breakup rumors about Jade and Jordan for the past few weeks, and at first I didn't really believe them; then I got curious lol and did a little stalking. While looking through their socials, I saw that Jordan had recently unfollowed Perrie, Zack (Jade's close friend and stylist) and Holly (Jade's best friend, who I think also lives with them). Also, I listened to the latest episode of his podcast and it was all about marriage and relationships but Jade didn't get mentioned once, which is kinda odd because he normally brings her up whenever those topics come up. Jade's getting an award today and they're both in London, so I guess we'll see if they show up together.
