Hello, I purchased a 2001 2500 with a 5.9 and 126,000 miles. I am a little worried about the 53 block since I took an image of a lone 3, and some other numbers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm going to keep poking around and try to find an actual 2 digit number, but from what I've seen its just not there.
