ashwagandha didn’t do what I expected… but something did change

I started ashwagandha thinking it would help with focus during work because that’s what a lot of people mention

but that’s not really what happened

if anything, I just felt less reactive throughout the day
like small annoyances didn’t pile up the same way

I was taking it in the evening, around 300 mg

the one I picked was from Kapiva, mainly because it had the KSM-66 extract which I saw mentioned in studies

I wouldn’t say it improved productivity directly
but I also wasn’t getting mentally drained as fast

weirdly subtle

not sure if I’ll continue long term but it’s been interesting to observe

curious what others actually noticed vs what they expected
