considering applying but hearing horror stories, any ideas?
Currently trying to leave agency life/advertising industry. I have mainly programmatic experience but have come to realize I hate running campaigns and delivering insights and strategy work overall. I don’t think I have the mental capacity to deal with clients anymore as it’s draining my soul. Other than paid media experience, I only have a bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems. That said, other than my degree I’ve never got the chance to gain work experience in that field so not sure how I’d pivot into that now (it’s been 6 years since I’ve graduated). Any suggestions for a career pivot into something more operational and technical?
