My brother accidentally removed one dependent from our US visa family/group appointment before we could confirm/book the interview appointment.

Now we can’t add the dependent back because the system says a UID/profile already exists, and because of this we also cannot proceed with making the interview appointment.

Has anyone experienced this before? How were you able to add the dependent back to the group appointment?
