I was diagnosed with BPD about 7 years ago. Almost 4 years ago now my FP turned into my boyfriend and I have become the most stable I’ve ever been. He’s so understanding and caring and it has been amazing. Today he left to study abroad for a year in Japan. I know it isn’t forever. We will talk every day. Hopefully I can even visit. But still I am already feeling myself slipping back into my destructive mindset and I’m terrified. I’m terrified of messing up while he’s gone. And I have no one around me who understands.
