Zepto delivered spoiled milk and customer support refused to acknowledge it. Never trusting them again
Today, 17 May 2026, I placed my very first order with Zepto for 4 packets of Verka milk. Upon delivery, when I poured the milk into a container, I found that it was completely spoiled. I immediately contacted Zepto support, uploading both photos and a video of the spoiled milk alongside the packets. Despite the clear evidence, they refused to resolve the issue. They wouldn't even acknowledge the problem, simply stating that they "delivered the correct order." I suspect the milk was either counterfeit or not stored in the optimum temperature environment at the Zepto dark store. Either way, I am the one facing the financial loss. I don't know if this is happening to others or if I am just the latest victim of their tactics. This was my first time ordering from a quick-commerce delivery app, and I've already burnt my fingers.
