When I opened the packet and tried chopping, the chicken was stinking a lil bit because it was still frozen but I tried chopping, the stink became stronger and when I checked the packet, the product was a week beyond expiry date.
I barely get 30mins to cook, and eat my lunch while I work. Now because of these mfkers, I can't cook and have to work with a hungry stomach and eat my lunch in the evening, I'm so fckin furious.

I ordered more than an hour ago. They are still packing it. Obviously, it’s pretty clear that they have fucked the order. They forgot or something. I don’t know, and now I can’t access the order and can’t even contact them because for contacting them, I need to access my order in need help section right

so we had guests from the village and mom was like cold drink leke aaja aur mai lazy aadmi maine zepto kar diya bc ek toh 15 min baad order aaya mind you store bas 700m dur h mere ghar se aur upar se cold drink mein cold kuch nhi tha aese lag rha tha pure din dhoop mein padi thi aur utha kar dedi aur jab zepto support se baat ki bc uska lund ai na msg karne deta h aur na issue ko aage leke jata h so jab guests ko hot drink mili toh bc unhone gand hi maarli ki aur vishwas karo online par maine toh suna h pathhar aate h online mangwane par aur ye dekho isne hoshiyari mein thanda mangaya, thanda ka pata nhi mango chai jarur mili pine ko 😭😭 fuck zepto to the core of my heart
I’ve been facing this repeatedly with Zepto milk orders in the evening. Today I ordered around 7 PM, and when I started boiling the milk immediately after delivery, it curdled instantly.
This has now happened 4 times. I reported it through support, they asked me to email details again, and later replied saying the product was within shelf life so they can’t process a refund.
Has anyone else faced the same issue recently with milk or dairy products from Zepto? Especially evening deliveries?
My dad gave me extra money and said get whatever u want and I ordered this new superyou protein bar and this is what these mf gave and they ain’t responding on chat saying go email us which they will take billions of years to reply there is no chat only tick and select

so i ordered 7 items , and the delivery guy just delivered 5 items and said the app is showing only 5 items , they didn't send me crista zesty lime and a bottle of soda and they are not refunding and i live on 4th floor and i always use rope to take orders and i gave the otp on call, so guys don't give otp unless you have check the products like this is so bad service from zepto
Ordered food from Zepto because I was hungry and ended up receiving expired chapati and spoiled milk in the same order. No proper “expired product” complaint option in the app and AI support just redirected me to email support instead of resolving it. Extremely disappointing and unsafe food handling.
Am I the only one who is finding so much info on every product overwhelming and difficult to read?

Just noticed this on Zepto today — Mother Dairy Probiotic Tadka Chach (270 ml) has an MRP of ₹10, but Zepto is selling it for only ₹6. That’s a straight 40% discount on a product that’s already super cheap.
I get discounts on expensive items, but how are they making money on something like this? Delivery, packaging, storage, rider cost… everything included, and still selling below MRP feels crazy.
Are brands like Mother Dairy funding these discounts for customer acquisition?
Or is Zepto just burning cash to keep users hooked on quick commerce?
Also noticed these kinds of deals mostly happen on dairy/snack items. Curious how this business model actually works.
Anyone here working in FMCG or quick commerce who can explain the economics behind this?
The delivery executive handed over my order and then asked me to rate the order immediately like he wanted me to rate the food I have ordered not just giving rating to him. I asked him why should I when I haven't even tasted the food. He blabbered something. After I rated it, he took a photo. I'm not sure whether this is standard practice, but it felt a bit uncomfortable because ratings are supposed to be genuine customer feedback, not something customers are pressured into giving on the spot.
What made the experience more frustrating was trying to contact customer support. When I went to the support section in the app, instead of allowing me to chat with an agent, it only asked me to send an email. For urgent issues, being forced to write an email rather than having access to live chat is quite inconvenient.
Has anyone else experienced delivery partners asking for ratings in person or customer support directing them only to email? Is this normal policy or something unusual?

What's wrong with zepto with this particular product? Btw I did complain and here is zepto's exact response.
