I apologise for a non zepto post but swiggy just fucked my money today and my mood. The delivery guy took out milk from his bag which was torn and all the milk on the street and the instamart bag was torn off, all my items fell on the street leading to the eggs being broken. Explained all this to Help section they asked for a coupon I asked for UPI return then they ended the chat. Raised another complain again ended the chat My mistake should have not payed the guy( yes the order was COD ) and should be happy with the coupon now they are not even honouring what they said no way to talk to the agent again.
