Child can't perform verification after being incorrectly flagged for multiple accounts

Is there anything that can be done for a minor who has been wrongly identified as having multiple accounts? This is the first time anyone in this household has created a FACEIT account and I installed the software for the minor...we spent an hour tracking down vTD, Secure Boot and UEFI settings to get everything working right and then as soon as he tried to do matchmaking he was flagged for suspicious behavior and told he had to perform the verification process. His parents are not going to provide their government IDs for this purpose and doesn't have any of the required documents. He submitted a ticket (13458273) with FACEIT and they are not willing to look in to his account or why it was flagged, they just keep saying he has to do verification. Is there anything that can be done? School ID or library card? Thanks so much for any helpful feedback!
