Oklahoma smash

Im addicted to these things. Cooking the beef with the finely sliced onions is 🤌🏻

Still perfecting it, hard to get the griddle super hot on the gas grill. Open for suggestions.

2.5oz patty balls, 1/4 finely sliced onion, slice of velveeta, Martins potato rolls, splash of ketchup, spicy mustard.

Is this acceptable for #1 common

I have special ordered 4” wide ash flooring. We ordered #1 common boards. We had done 800 sqft in once section of the house and we’re now doing the upstairs with the same wood.

The first order was great, floor looks fantastic. The new Ash was just installed and there’s a ton of insect damage. Little pinholes that are stained black as well as worm holes throughout.

First things first, I’m not happy with the installer, I told him none of these boards should have been installed. I had seen one board about halfway through and I took it from the installers and told them to not use any similar boards. That’s a fight for another day.

Second I called my supplier to get his take. He tells me this is acceptable for #1 common, I disagree and wonder what the masses say.

I paid over $8 a sqft foot for this floor. I’ve tried sanding down to see if I can get through the black marks, but I went down about 3/16 to 1/4” and I cannot get past the stain.

Who’s most at fault here? Supplier for shit wood? Installers for not setting it aside? I feel like this wood shouldn’t have been milled, but also not installed so both hold fault at this point.
