ACCOUNT WAS LIQUIDATED WHILE IN PROFIT WITH A PDLL!!
I had 6 25k select evaluations with Tradeify. As of yesterday I was up $788.12. I had a personal daily loss limit of $500 setup on my accounts. Today I took one trade and was down $300. I took another trade and was in profit $350 and then while the candle continued to move in my direction (no drawdown) ALL 6 of my accounts auto liquidated and it said I was down $1,000 which is the max drawdown. Then my tradesea platform completely reset, my chart settings, format, and indicators were all gone and it looks like the chart from when I first signed up. I reset my accounts, but Tradeify support is not helpful at all. I don't understand how this could have happened, because there wasn't any drawdown and even if it did, I had a daily loss limit set at $500. Has anyone experienced issues with Tradesea? This has completely turned me off to Tradeify and Tradesea.
