Anyone else noticing whenever they look around, 95% of people are looking at a screen?
At work, on public transport, in private transport, in bed, at the dinner table, taking a walk.
There's is literally no space safe from screens.

I'm building an app to help people spend less time on their phone and more time outside and with their friends and family.
I want to do something different and create something that makes someone want to put the phone down rather than just blocking apps.
My assumption is, this will make a big difference.
I'm interested to get thoughts from this group.
If reducing screen time was made into a competition against your friends and family (winner is the person with the lowest screen time) do you think that would help keep your phone out of your hand?
Right now I just have a free screen time calculator to help people understand how many years they will lose to their phone if they don't make a change.
