The situation with OG NG2 and Playstation is criminal, please port NG2 to PS, it's been nearly 20 years!?

How have they not done this yet? The situation with NG2 black was insulting honestly, it's a different game than NG2, so much content is missing and so much is added that's not necessary.

Like I don't want to buy a gaming PC just for this game nor do I want to buy an Xbox for one game.

Like looking back a year and a half after NG2 black, I honestly can't fucking believe what they pulled with that game, selling it as the definitive edition when like half the game is still missing, plus all of the costumes basically, encounter design and many weapons for Ryu.

It's crazy how one of my favourite games ever is treated like this.

Do you lose gold by upgrading runes and glyphs at blacksmiths while selling the highest tier ones you don't need?

I'm kind of just trying to figure out what the point of the diagram system for runes is. I haven't calculated the numbers, but just by going off the prices I see it seems it is a loss to continually upgrade them while trying to get to max tier? Which feels a bit weird to me since why have the diagram system for them at all.

You would think that by upgrading the crappy glyphs and runes that you would be rewarded by not just selling immediately? Not the mention the cost of the diagrams add up also.

I had more fun in 30 minutes of NG2 Black than the last 30 hours of the Witcher 3. Why do game developers operate in bubbles?

I'm currently playing through the Witcher 3 in preparation for the rumoured new DLC, and while the Witcher 3 is a great game in it's own way it's just not even remotely in the same league in terms of gameplay when it really should be.

I just turned on chapter 2 in NG2 Black for 30 minutes while taking a break from the Witcher 3 and I just can't believe the unfathomable masterpiece that the first two chapters of NG2 are. I love the whole game, top 5 games ever for sure for me, but it definitely runs out of steam the further into the game you get, probably because of insane deadlines. But those two chapters are just unreal. What an amazingly ahead of it's time this game was.

I don't understand how you can be a professional game developer, and release a sword combat game seven years after NG2 and not learn a thing from it. It's also the general gaming audience though to some degree, people just don't demand good gameplay enough anymore.

Rest in peace Itagaki, you were no doubt a flawed person as most of us are, but nobody can deny you created a true masterpiece.

That's pretty much all I have left for the 100%, and was just wondering how long it might take? Think it's possible in 12 hours or so?

I'm not sure how long the game is when just doing the critical path.
