Rupture is very messed up
Idk where to put this but rupture is very bugged and was very bugged last season too.
Notably now there's no scaling on the skill at all, it serves no purpose other than it's placement on the charm set. And a rupture build ATM doesn't bother putting it on the skillbar because it cannot proc another rupture.
Blood pools stacking seems odd, the problem is this does not apply any bleed.
Selecting the options for blood pool or blood explosion lower the bleeding damage rather than add to it as they replace the ripout function even though that is not clear in tooltip.
There is no duration scaling for rupture like there is for flay (on tree) or rend( on ring) making it the worst scaling bleed skill.
The attack speed alone is so much longer than flay that it does a tenth of flay damage in a vacuum.
The bleed pools don't apply bleed, it's like firewall, standing in it but not applied. but the set charm wants bleeding applied and so does fields of crimson. But that's a whole other messed up interaction as in the past it used to go back through your modifiers but now it doesn't. Spiritborn can pop poison for 300%x of the amount with a single crit but we need to use a specific two handed unique that only does 100%X at most?
Third blade is a 60x DMG boost and also adds core tag. This is in good shape if it wasn't for the fact that the scaling and damage is terrible.
Give us a reason to actually have this skill on the bar.
TLDR- blizzard check this skill for bugs, and rework scaling or numbers to be more fitting for a ten second cooldown bleed skill.
