I've been growing out my hair since around December 2020, I got it cut on Friday last week so it's only to the bottom of my shoulderblades in length, however I'm also feeling like my hair looks a bit dull and want some tips to make my hairs natural texture (which is usually wavy) to stand out and not look so dead and frizzy after every time I wash it.
