Valon mortgage not transferring my instalment to other mortgage company
Hi,
I live in WA and I had refinanced my home loan with Valon mortgage. My first instalment was due on June 1st which I paid on time.
Around June 12th my loan was sold to Crosscountry mortgage where I paid my next instalment for July when it became due. However, my June instalment kept showing outstanding with crosscountry mortgage. When inquired, crosscountry mentioned that they did not receive any June instalment payment from Valon.
I provided the statement received from Valon showing that i paid on time and my bank statement showing that money went out from my account.
When I called valon they mentioned that since I no longer have active loan with them, they do not see any detail and have given me offboarding teams email who are not much help.
Crosscountry has sent me First foreclosure notice even after providing all the proof that I am compliant with my payments.
Did anyone have similar experience? What my next step should be. Does anyone know good attorney that can help me?
