I am aware of the 3 years no increase rule and every 2 years after this, but today the third party recently hired by the landlord is asking to increased the rent by 127% (from 66k to 150k).
I have in writing from the landlord, with whom we used to deal with before the agent even came in the picture, that he will accept the same rent but the agent is causing interference.

1. Do I have a decent enough case to go to RDRC to try to continue with the same rent ?

2. Even with the no cap increase in Sharjah, can you really increase by 127% ? That sounds crazy 😅
