I'm optimistic we'll still be in the final but still...
Fair to say the rest of the league is against us (except maybe Derby) and will be pushing hard to have the book thrown at us. Nervous the EFL will want to make an example out of us, and pressure from the other clubs (plus the media, thanks to Boro) may have some influence.
How much impact will this have? I have little doubt they'd care too much about 'sacrificing' 1 club to appease 23 others (including the broader national sentiment), and any business will jump at the chance to improve PR.
It's all well and good relying on the fact it's a one-off incident, and we've behaved and cooperated afterwards, but I'm concerned we're a big enough club to be made an example of, following pressure from the rest of the league...
