F,FA (row 15, head) help, it says F means SC in a specific section but it doesn’t say where, and A is decrease, so SC and decrease in the same stitch??

I started crocheting with the head, should I have started with something else? Also is my tension too loose? How would I hide/fix a hole if that’s possible, I don’t like when you can see the fiberfill😅

Crochet your own potted flower from dollarama, long stitch help

Where would I start the long stitches, chain stitches and slip stitch (R2)? I chained 4 and have no clue where to go from there. Also the leaf is a bit confusing, it mentions 3 different stitches but then only says to do sc and hdc in step 1
